(1) Frame and enclosure. The frame of the washing machine is welded and formed by A3 square tube, and fixed to the ground with expansion bolts. The outer sealing plate is made of high-quality cold-rolled plate. The upper part of the front has a glass window to facilitate the observation during automatic operation. The outer sealing of the lower half of the equipment adopts Access door form for easy maintenance.


(2) Working slot. There are 5 cleaning tanks and drying tunnels including hot soaking bubbling tank, ultrasonic rough washing tank, ultrasonic fine washing tank, spray washing tank, strong wind drying tank. The cleaning solutions of the first 4 working tanks are equipped with their own circulating filtration systems to ensure that the cleaning solution can be recycled and achieve the purpose of saving. Each working tank is mainly composed of a cleaning tank, a liquid storage tank, a filter pump, a filter and a ball valve switch. (3) Parts conveying device. According to the requirements of the cleaning process, the baskets containing the parts to be washed move sequentially in each cleaning tank and drying tunnel according to the working rhythm, and the movement is realized by chain transmission, including the cleaning transmission chain and the drying tunnel transmission chain. It is composed of gear, sprocket and chain, tensioning device, etc.


(4) Control system. The control system of the ultrasonic automatic cleaning machine is controlled by a programmable controller. In addition to manual loading and unloading, the parts are automatically transferred between the cleaning stations according to a certain production rhythm to complete the parts warm soaking, ultrasonic rough cleaning, ultrasonic fine cleaning, and spray washing. , strong wind blowing, drying the whole process of drying tunnel.
