Piezoelectric Transducers Piezoelectric transducers for most ultrasonic cleaners at home and abroad. Such transducers typically consist of two piezoelectric ceramic wafers. A cleaning machine uses a plurality of transducers, which are bonded to the transducers at the bottom of the cleaning and connected in parallel to form a cleaning machine. The distance between the transducer elements is 20kH4, which is generally 5-10mm. Preferably, it is too large to cause bending vibration, and the vibrating plate is corroded while the radiating surface is relatively reduced. It is strictly forbidden to splash conductive liquid (such as water) from the air inlet at the top of the ultrasonic control cabinet. Otherwise it will cause serious damage to the line system of the washing machine. The ultrasonic cleaner pays attention to keeping the machine clean and turning off the power when not in use. Avoid collisions or severe vibrations on the machine. Keep away from heat. The machine should be kept away from storage in a humid environment. The continuous working time of the machine must not exceed 4 hours. If the continuous working time is too long: the ultrasonic adjusting knob should be rotated to the “0” position, and the cooling fan should continue to work. If the ultrasonic cleaning is not started, the internal cooling of the ultrasonic control cabinet should be at least 2 minutes. After a long-time cleaning machine, the power knob should be adjusted to zero position before stopping, and then use the fan to work for 3-6 minutes and then shut down to ensure the heat dissipation inside the power supply. The cleaning solution should be precipitated, filtered or replaced in time to ensure the cleaning effect. The ultrasonic generator generates high frequency and high voltage, and is transmitted to the transducer through the cable connecting line. The transducer and the vibrating plate together generate high frequency resonance, and the super wave cleaning machine is mainly composed of an ultrasonic cleaning tank and an ultrasonic generator. Ultrasonic cleaning tank, ultrasonic transducer vibrator is installed at the bottom, made of high-quality stainless steel with good elasticity and corrosion resistance; so that the solvent in the cleaning tank is washed by ultrasonic waves. Do not adjust the power knob by hand. Make sure that the power knob is at the minimum. After the power is turned on, the cleaning fluid is not immersed in the potentiometer. The high-power module of the ultrasonic cleaner starts frequently and has an impact on the service life of the device. When the water level in the cleaning tank is lower than the side vibration plate (the protruding part of the side plate in the length direction of the cleaning tank), first turn the power knob to the minimum position for 2 to 3 minutes, causing the machine to malfunction or damage the equipment. If there is a sudden power outage during operation, please turn off the power switch quickly and turn the power knob to the minimum position to avoid repeated power transmission. Do not turn on the machine, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the cleaning machine. Turn the power knob to the maximum position before turning on the power switch. Turn off the power when the power is turned off. When the workpiece to be cleaned is immersed in the cleaning solution, the ultrasonic wave acts on the inner and outer surfaces of the workpiece with a strong cavitation effect, so it is particularly suitable for a smooth surface that cannot be hardened with a hard object.
