I provide all the details needed to the site construction crew in order to prepare the site for equipment installation.
We install the equipment on site at the user's factory until it is in normal operation.

2.Training

During installation, we provide on-site training for the buyer's factory operators, including normal operation, maintenance, analysis of operational problems and emergency procedures.

3.Equipment delivery and after-sales technical services

We can provide a document for equipment installation, operation and maintenance, and provide technical support for operation training.
After the equipment is delivered for use, we provide a one-year warranty and lifetime service, and free compensation for damage to parts that are not caused by human error. Supplier continues to provide lifetime technical service after one year We provide a copy of the warranty with the warranty expiry date, coverage and our contact person.
Guaranteed to respond within 4 working hours after receiving the buyer's request for repair service. Within 24 working hours, we will propose corresponding measures to solve the problem, except for special circumstances.

4.Package

We are responsible for the packaging and transportation of the equipment.
